I can’t say enough great things about this place. I work closely with Anthony and Dayna and let me tell you, they are the best! Not to mention the maintenance guys are amazing as well! They always go out of their way to help me and get things done so so quickly and efficiently. My kids absolutely love it here and I will say the staff has so much to do with our comfort living here. Thank you for everything Dayna and Anthony! Such a great place to live and units are beautiful!

Encore townhomes is true luxury living. Not only are the places well built, but spacious and feel like home. The office staff are always smiling and happy to help. They throw a lot of resident events with good food and a great opportunity to meet people within your community. Maintenance gets things done in a timely fashion as well as highly skilled individuals never had to worry about anything. Highly recommend living here if you’re looking for a quiet oasis to call home.

My spouse and I lived here 3 years, we had a great experience. We certainly would have continued living there if we were not moving closer to family a couple states away. The community events were always very cute, and the staff are always polite and respectful. Marcus is very timely and helpful when it comes to maintenance requests. Great place to live if you like a quieter community with a lot of good shopping nearby. We definitely recommend it!

They have a lot of community events with great activities and food. Maintenance team is also well trained. Encore Townhomes are one of a kind and it has been the best experience that we have ever had with any property that we have lived at. The staff is highly involved, friendly and always going above beyond to help with any situation. That goes for management, maintenance and all staff as a whole. Neighbors are all friendly, plenty of neighborhood-like fun events always going on, the property is always well landscaped and the clubhouse and amenities are properly cared for.
